VeleStudio

Privacy notice

This notice explains how VeleStudio, run by Erfan Soleymanzadeh in Rome and Milan, Italy (the data controller), handles personal data on velestudio.com. It is written to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

If you use the project inquiry form or write to mrerfansol@gmail.com, we receive the information you choose to send: your name, organisation, email address and the description of your project. The website itself sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts.

Why and on what basis

We use this information only to reply to your inquiry and, if a project follows, to prepare and carry it out. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to requests you make to us, and, where a contract follows, the performance of that contract.

Where it goes

Call requests are handled by a small script on our own web server, which emails them to the studio and keeps a copy on the server so nothing is lost. No third-party form service is involved. We do not sell or share your data for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry messages for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards, normally no longer than 24 months, unless a project or legal obligation requires longer.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or object to its processing, by writing to mrerfansol@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) or the authority in your country.

Changes

We will update this notice when our practices change. Last updated: 2026-10-04.
